This delicious dish sees tender charred pork married with a sticky miso glaze, served with al dente vegetables and noodles.

Ingredients
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
350g pork fillets, thinly sliced
1 tsp sesame oil
100g tenderstem brocolli
100g baby corn, halved lengthwise
100g snow peas
30ml olive oil
1 packet of soba or egg noodles
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 red chilli, sliced
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Method
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 5 minutes, flipping the meat to cook both sides, until it is slightly charred, sticky and cooked through.
Heat the sesame oil in a smaller pan over medium-high heat. Stir fry the baby corn and brocolli for a couple of minutes before adding the snow peas and cooking for another 2 minutes or so.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Divide the noodles into two servings.
Add the pork to the stir fried vegetables, combine, and dish on top of the noodles.
Top with the sesame seeds, chillies and spring onions.
