CHEF FRANCESCO PAIS

Chef Francesco Pais was born in Alghero and has embodied culinary passion since he was a child, following in his family's footsteps. As a self-taught cook, he progressively improved his skills and experience. After getting his license in restaurant and kitchen management, he took his first steps as a cook and was soon promoted to the position of chef at the age of 21. Over the years, he followed the renowned Gualtiero Marchesi and worked with Master chef Eogahan O'Neill. His culinary and creative journey lead him to work for some world-elite figures such as Irina Abramovich and Queen Raina of Jordan and several high-level figures in London. In 2015, Chef Francesco won an award (il riccio d'oro 2015) for best Sea Urchin dish in Sardinia.
