This simple fusion of Spanish and Italian flavours makes a tasty, quick and easy mid-week meal.

Ingredients
300g spaghetti
120g chorizo pieces
1tsp olive oil
300g raw king prawns
350ml basil and tomato pasta sauce
1 green chilli, seeds removed
1 clove garlic
parmesan cheese, to taste
Method
Cook the pasta according to pack instructions, drain and set aside.
Slice the chorizo, deseed and chop the chilli and finely chop the garlic. Dry fry the chorizo in a large frying pan until it begins to change texture, then add the garlic and chili and stir for 2 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Add the pasta sauce and rinse out the jar with 100ml water.
Twirl the pasta onto warmed plates and top with the sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
