Dessert doesn't get any easier than this 15-minute, lighter-than-air souffle that's also very low in calories (under 70 calories per serving).
Serves 2-3 depending on the size of your ramekins

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 ripe (or even over-ripe) banana
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Whip the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Mash the banana and add the cinnnamon. Fold the banana mix gently in with the egg whites.
Divide the mixture into two or three individual-portion ramekins and bake for 10 minutes. Remember, they will expand upwards. The top should turn golden.
Serve immediately.
